• Web UI: http://localhost:5173 (Vite+React+TypeScript)
• Backend API: port 9119
• Gateway: Hermes Gateway on port 8000

Startup Commands

# Terminal 1: Backend
cd ~/.hermes/hermes-agent && source venv/bin/activate && python -m hermes_cli.main dashboard --no-open

# Terminal 2: Web UI
cd ~/.hermes/hermes-agent/web && npm run dev
